The AAID implant program provides 300 or more hours of lecture, laboratory sessions, live surgical demonstrations and clinical work. It is presented in 10 parts, over a 10-month period.
Dentists who graduate from an approved MaxiCourse® will meet the minimum educational requirements for Associate Fellowship in the AAID and may proceed to achieve fellow status till obtaining the American board of implantology certificate.

What is the American Academy of implant dentistry
• Established in 1951, the AAID is the only dental implant organization that offers credentials recognized by state and federal courts. Its membership, which exceeds 5,000, includes general dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists and prosthodontists from across the United States and in more than 60 other countries, learn more.
• The AAID won a court case along with three other dental organizations in texas resulting in the ability for dentists who have earned board certification from the Certifying Board sponsored by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry may now advertise that they are specialists in the state of Texas

Total fees for all egyptian and non-egyptian applicants: 8000 $ paid on 4 installments
Payment is also accepted in Egyptian pounds (1 usd = 15 EGP), saudi riyals.
Includes 10 implant placements that cover the 5 required cases for the AAID Associate fellow accreditation exam requirements.
400$ is required as a downpayment to register (early registration)

Dr. Gowey is a Past President of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry(2006). He presently serves on the Board of Trustees. He served on the Admissions and Credentials Board for 6 years, as chairman for 5 years.
Dr. Gowey received Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1988. He taught at Baylor College of Dentistry’s Continuing Education Department program”Hands On Implant Dentistry.”
Dr. Iyer is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He has lectured in over 20 countries and presented at over 100 symposia in Implant Dentistry and Prosthodontics.
